Trey Siner Insurance Group House
The Trey Siner Insurance Group is going from insuring homes, to building homes by tackling something that a small business in Cabarrus County hasn't done in years - sponsoring an entire house!
Trey Siner Insurance Group has been partnering with individuals and small businessness since 2002 to help them with planning and protection for every life event. They are committed to the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness by expanding the knowledge of their clients, all while staying true to Biblical values. Founder Trey Siner is passionate about giving back to the community that has helped make his dream of owning his own Insurance Group a reality and in 2019 that passion will take the form of a Habitat Home for one of our partner families.
It is their 2018 giving goal to fund and assist in building a Habitat for Humanity home. This is a HUGE goal and they need your help!

How well do you know Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County?
The road to homeownership for a Habitat Partner Family can be long and is full of unique trials and challenges. Many people think that Habitat for Humanity gives homes away, but that couldn't be further from the truth.
Habitat Cabarrus homeowners begin with a rigorous application and selection process which could take half a year... and then the real work of the Partnership Process begins! Our Partner Familes then participate in financial education classes that help them develop a solid foundation, often before the building process even begins.
Homes are built with volunteer labor and donations in order to provide the homebuyer with an affordable, 0% interest mortgage. In order to purchase a Habitat home, each family must perform 250 hours of sweat equity per adult in the household, plus 100 hours per 16 and 17-year old. All Partner Families are required to continue working Sweat Equity until their own home is completed. Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County is a hand-up, not a hand-out.
“Guided by God, Habitat Cabarrus transforms lives and our community by uniting all around the cause of decent affordable housing for everyone”.
